Our Grand luxury Villas & Luxury Villas can be booked via email online. The villa rate is based on two people sharing (price is per room, not per person and includes all taxes and a complimentary breakfast).
The ”Grand Luxury Villas” offer even more space than the “Luxury Villas”. We have designed the ”Grand Luxury Villas” to be a lavish environment for 2 people but there is sufficient space should you choose to bring your children.
GRAND LUXURY VILLAS
Off-Peak season 1st October - 14th December / 1st February - 10th April (3 night minimum stay)
$180 per night / Rs.8,000
Peak season 15th December - 31st January (There is a 7 night stay minimum stay)
$225 per night / Rs.10,000
LUXURY VILLAS
Off-Peak season 1st October - 14th December / 1st February – 10th April (3 night minimum stay)
$145 per night / Rs.6,500
Peak season 15th December - 31st January (There is a 7 night stay minimum stay)
$180 per night / Rs. 8,000
We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% in advance (by way of USD) to secure your booking. Payment can be made by PayPal (online) or bank transfer within India. When you are with us we will ask for the remaining 50% in Rupees.
To keep accountancy simple and not have to raise our rates, we decided to fix the rates in (Rupees & USD) both currencies and take the highs with the lows. We respectively request that you do the same.
